Ka-Yakkers Club

Both men and women that are current LRPOA members are welcome to join the kayaking/canoeing / paddling group. The paddlers try to meet out on the lake in the vicinity of Mourning Dove Bay for a couple hours of conversation and laid back paddling if the weather permits. We want to put an emphasis on the laid back part as this is not a fast aggressive paddle, but rather is slow and relaxing with plenty of conversation. Occasionally a road trip paddle is planned. We are looking at doing this at 9 AM on Tuesdays this year and possibly adding a 9:30 on Fridays if there is enough interest. A confirmation text is always sent out in advance of each paddle so that we know what time to meet and who to look out for. Bike Club

This biking group could almost be considered a dining club. Both men and women who are current LRPOA members are welcome to join fellow bikers at the 400 Trail parking lot by the Trail Break Restaurant in LaValle. Most people transport their bikes to the parking lot at that location but feel free to ride there if you are up to it. This is a fairly brisk ride with both E-bikes and regular bikes welcome. Weather sometimes forces us to change our ride day or time, but we usually ride on Thursdays and head towards either Reedsburg or Wonewoc on the 400 Trail where we will stop for dinner and then bike back. That’s only a 7-8 mile ride (almost an hour) each way. Occasionally we plan a ride from a different starting point. A confirmation text will be sent out in advance of each ride so that we know what time to meet, where, who to look out for and how many to expect. Men's Breakfast Club

The Men’s Breakfast Club will meet once a month usually on Tuesdays, but occasionally on Saturdays, at 9:00. The next meeting will be Tuesday, Dec. 16 at the Deli Bean in Reedsburg.
