Lake Redstone Property Owners' Association

LRPOA offers two types of memberships: a regular membership and an associate membership. All rights and privileges are extended to both types of members, except for voting privileges. Only regular members can vote.

According to the LRPOA by-laws, a regular member shall mean any person(s) or entity(s) that own property in a Lake Redstone subdivision, as recorded at the Sauk County Register of Deeds, and pay annual dues to the Association.

 

According to the by-laws, an associate member shall mean and refer to any person(s) or entity(s) that do not own property in a Lake Redstone subdivision, but pay annual dues to the Association. In other words, you do NOT need to own a Lake Redstone subdivision lot to become a member.
