Participating paddlers are encouraged to add battery powered fairy twinkle lights to their kayaks or canoes, but a battery operated lantern or torch that could be turned on in case a motorboat is approaching will be required. Other safety gear required will be a DOT approved life jacket and an emergency whistle on board. More details will be available as we get closer to the paddle date. This event is open to all LRPOA members and their families. No motorboats please!
